Frequently Asked Questions
What is an MPAN or MPRN number and how do I find it?
The MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) is a 21-digit reference number for your electricity meter, often starting with an 'S'. It’s unique to your property and remains the same even if you change electricity suppliers. You can find it on your electricity bill.

The MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number) is a 6-10 digit number for your gas meter. Like the MPAN, it’s unique to your property and doesn’t change when you switch gas suppliers. You can find it on your gas bill or directly on your gas meter.

Why Choose Us for Energy Switching
Our founder has worked at some of the biggest energy broker firms in the UK, and he’s seen firsthand how customers often get treated badly. Brokers sign you up, then disappear when you need help, and many leave businesses stuck on expensive out-of-contract rates.
We do things differently! We’re here for you 24/7 with support, advice, and a friendly ear whenever you need it. Plus, we never charge you a penny – we’re paid by the suppliers, so there’s no cost to you. We’re all about transparency and always putting your best interests first!
